　 ＊＊＊　The Security of Ozone
　
Ozone’s influence on the living organisms is relative to the ozone concentration in the air. Difference of ozone concentration, exposure time, Ozone concentration x exposure time (CT value), affected people's feeling, healthy and state (e.g. stationary, motion) has diverse effects on the living organisms.
Japanese Standards:
---The recommendation issued by Japan’s Industrial Health Society is the following criteria shown in Table 1-1.
---The tolerant limit concentration of ozone in the labor environmence is determinated as 0.1ppm by Tolerant Limit Concentration Committee of Japan’s Industrial Health Society in 1985.
---While laborer’s work time is shorter than 8 hour a day and 40 hour a week, this is sure that this ozone concentration(0.1ppm) has no negative effects on the person’s health.

1. As the above, the norms and standards for the use of ozone is issued. However, because ozone has a special smell, so even low ozone concentrations can be felt quickly.
2. As a testament to the above, more than 100 years around the world, no fatal accident as a result of ozone effect occurred.
3. With regard to the use of ozone, Controlling the ozone concentration must be based on the purpose of use, the palce, the machine type, and the safety.
